1. Day 4 peak week

    Feel ok this morning. Hopped on the scale this morning and weighed in at 150.5, that is down 2 lbs from yesterday, even taking in 300 more cals. Lets just hope that is all surface level water weight *fingers crossed*

    Yesterdays supplement and water:

    • 400 mg of caffeine
    • 1 multi
    • 1 1/2 gallons of water

    Kept it pretty lite yesterday, will probably throw in a little Vitamin C today and a few more carbs.
